Data we collect from usage of our photo booths may include date, time, event location, and any other information you provide throughout the photo booth process, which can include your email address, phone number, zip code, or other information you may be asked to fill out, but not required to.

The photo booth software uses AI to estimate age and gender of participants.
This data is not associated with the fore-mentioned data collected and is only used to estimate the percentage of males and females per event, as well as the average age of attendees.

This information may be shared with the company that hires us for that specific event only.

The information is collected through third party software, stored on their secure servers, stored on Chalk My Car’s secure server, and some information is stored on a third party email platform.
Photos taken from the event are stored in an online gallery from which they can be saved and shared. As part of the photo booth process, you are asked if you would like your photo to appear in the gallery.

Email:
Photo booth photos are typically delivered via email or SMS text message. After using one of our photo booths and receiving your photo via email or SMS, you may or may not receive additional email or SMS from us.
We do typically reach out approximately 1 week after the event with links to a video made using photos from each event,.
These emails, SMS, or landing page links may include sponsor information and special offers as well as affiliate links. Your information is not shared with sponsors or affiliates. We may or may not benefit from any links clicked on from emails we send.

You may unsubscribe from emails or SMS messages at anytime by clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of an email sent to you or replying stop to the SMS message.
You will automatically and immediately be removed from all communication.
Should you use a photo booth again and enter the same email address or phone number again, you will be re-added to the list and will need to click UNSUBSCRIBE again from the next communication you receive.

Website policies:
We collect no information from our website unless you fill out a contact form, then, only the information you fill out is collected.

We do not utilize cookies on our website, or collect any data via cookies.
