Overview:
We make people smile and take their picture.
We then create social media content and implement email and sms marketing campaigns with the data we collect in the picture process, for each game or event.
Within this process are many opportunities for you to sell advertising and promote your brands.
Revenue Opportunities:
Chalkboard Photo Bus Naming Rights.
We’ll bring our 1966 VW Bus, painted with chalkboard paint that people can draw on, and park it in the plaza for every home game.
There is a photo booth setup inside the bus and we collect email and cell numbers when people send the photos to themselves.
This can also be driven to other events.
Indoor Selfie Station.
We don’t want to limit the photo fun and data collection to before and after the game, so we’ll build a cool looking photo setup to operate inside the arena.
These is branding opportunities within the photo software and a step-and-repeat can be used at the backdrop.
Logos on the photos.
Well…. It’s not just photos.
The software will do animated GIFs, create baseball card style photos, or have up to four pictures in one, and we can add any graphics or logos you want.
We also have the ability to print within seconds for those who want a physical souvenir.
The digital photos get shared on social media while physical photos get hung on the refrigerator.
Branding in the videos.
After every game or event, we make a video using pictures from taken at the event.
Naturally, it will feature the sponsors on the photos.
These videos will be posted on social media platforms so that attendees can view it on their favorite platform and sponsors can be tagged and listed in the video description.
Branding and Advertising via email and text.
To tell attendees about the video, we create a landing page with the social media video links. This landing page can also feature sponsors and special offers.
We then text the numbers collected from each event with the landing page link asking “Is this you in this video from the game??”
An email is created similar to the landing page and sent to email addresses collected from the game.
Game recap and highlight landing page and email.
One week after the event, we create a landing page and email featuring stats and highlights from the game they attended. It also has the video again, and can feature sponsor branding and special offers.
Data.
Aside from emails and cell numbers, we can collect other data in our software and conduct short surveys.
In most instances we use software that uses AI to count the total number of people in photos taken at a game or event and it even estimates age and gender with surprising accuracy.
This data is sent to you and can be shared with your sponsors.
Jumbotron Photo Feed
We can send feed of digital photos to be used on the Jumbotron or quickly produce a short video after the 1st period to be played on the Jumbotron, similar to a “Kiss Cam”, which could have a sponsor.
