We build our vehicles with the goal of getting as many people in and out as we can, quickly and safely.

The vehicle we’d use is the slammed 1966 VW “split window” bus.

We’d re-paint it with Gold or Silver instead of yellow, then we can put magnets on it, or draw logos in chalk and promote what ever team or business entity you like.

It does NOT have to be chalkboard paint and we don’t have to let people draw on it.

She’ll then become the Golden Knight / Silver Knight / Knight Hawks Bus.

Or maybe you sell the naming rights to one of your advertisers….

We’d have it in front of the arena when the doors open until 1 hour after games end, or whatever works best.

It probably won’t get any traffic during the game, so we can close the doors and focus inside, then re-open the Bus at the 3rd period, as people start to leave.

Indoor

Custom, free-standing, Golden Knight photo booth setup for inside the arena.

Some people need something to do between periods.
Some people will just need a break from the action.

Each event has a lot of branding built-in by default, including:

  • Branding available outside and inside the bus
  • In the software
  • On the digital photos and optional printed photos
  • On download page, online gallery, live photo feed
  • In the initial email and text when people receive their photo

Event Video

Each event gets it’s own video using photos from that event.

Emails and Landing Pages

The emails and landing pages used in the 7 day campaign are great places to include:

  • Special Offers
  • Promote your other brands
  • Promote your charities
  • Offer advertising opportunities to your clients

Extra Creative

Photo feed – We can send a feed of the photos that can be placed on the Jumbotron.

Contests – Random person wins something at the game. Another random person wins something when we send out the video links. Someone else when’s when we send the recap email

“Go Knights!” Song – Scary Cherry and the Bang Bangs
We’ll have different versions and edits created to be played in the arena during the game.

Holiday Bus – For the month of December, we typically put a tree with lights on top of the Bus.

Video Interactions from the photo booth – We can create a “Zoom meeting” between people inside the Bus or booth and a player in the locker room, for example. We get footage up until the first intermission, put together a pre-produced, plug and play 60 second video using highlights from the collected footage and play it back on the Jumbotron between the 2nd and 3rd intermission.

Data

We typically use AI and facial recognition to estimate gender and age.

We can add any questions you like before users get their photo. I like to get zip codes, for example, to see if they are local or not.

Any info collected is shared with you, including email addresses and phone numbers.
